Development

Autumn Ridge is a new residential development located adjacent to Foxboro Golf Course in the Village of Oregon, WI. When fully developed Autumn Ridge will have over 178 residential lots. Phase 1 consists of 37 lots. Phase 2 consists of 31 lots and a 4 acre soccer field park. Phase 3 will consist of 29 single family lots and 5 duplex lots. Autumn Ridge will offer another 78 lots on the Foxboro Golf Course. Phase 4 will consist of 39 single family lots and 4 duplex lots. Phase 5 will consist of 35 lots and a 2 acre park.
